About the Art Institutes
The Art Institutes (www.artinstitutes.edu), a group of 35 educational institutions located throughout North America, is an important source of design, media arts, fashion and culinary professionals. The Art Institutes enroll students from all 50 states and more than 115 foreign countries.
The Art Institutes faculty members are not only skilled instructors, but also trained professionals in their fields. Many faculty members have extensive industry experience as well as standard academic qualifications.

The Art Institutes offer a broad range of programs including: audio production, culinary arts, culinary management, fashion design, fashion marketing, graphic design, industrial design technology, interior design, media arts & animation, multimedia & web design, photography, restaurant management and video production. Not all programs are offered at all schools. The Art Institutes work closely with employers to design programs that meet specific industry needs.
Each of The Art Institutes is licensed by the state in which it is located and is authorized to confer its respective certificates, associate and bachelor degrees. All of The Art Institutes are accredited by one or more independent accrediting agencies recognized by the Department of Education.
The Art Institutes offers students a wide range of career services, and of all 2004 Art Institute of Dallas graduates available for employment, 88.9% were working in a field related to their program of study within six months of graduation and earning an average salary of $27,973.
The Art Institutes graduates are employed by companies and organizations of all types and size, including some of the most prominent companies in the United States, such as Sony Corporation, Adidas, Verizon, Ford Motor Company, The Home Depot, EXPO Design Center, Lockheed Martin, Nordstrom Inc., Walt Disney Company, Marriott International, Microsoft, Fox Entertainment roup, and Sodexho.
In addition to professional training, The Art Institutes has integrated volunteer and community service opportunities into its programs. Each year, more than 5,000 students donate in excess of a quarter of a million hours to aid local non-profit organizations.
Students receive invaluable professional experience and directly impact their communities in positive ways. Projects encompass every department, including graphic design, multimedia & web design, fashion design, animation and culinary arts.
