Culinary instructors Chef Brenden Mesch abd Vicki Ardaya along with several culinary arts student volunteers will participate in Empty Bowls Dallas 2006 benefiting the North Texas Food Bank.

The seventh annual event will be held Friday, February 24 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the Meyerson Symphony Center in Dallas, Texas.

The Chef’s Gallery at The Art Institute of Dallas and other select local restaurants will provide delicious soups, breads and desserts for guests to enjoy. In addition, guests will have the opportunity to select a bowl as a keepsake from more than 2000 hand-crafted bowls donated by Texas potters, ceramics students and woodturners.

Tickets are $25 and may be purchased at the door or online at www.ntxfoodbank.org.
